Please excuse our absence

So, I know we've been MIA lately but please excuse us -- we've been dealing with a lot (jobs, family, quarter-life crises, etc). Plus I've been really trying to decide what I want to do here now. Still working on that, but in the meantime, here's what we've been up to:

We finally FINALLY got F.R.I.E.N.D.S. on DVD -- the entire series. And we couldn't be happier. We've been holed up watching episode after episode and laughing our heads off for a while now.

We've had some snow (more than in previous years) and have been enjoying it. It makes me happy. Plus, its fun to play in.

Andrew got me really pretty flowers for Valentine's Day.

I have been busting my butt trying to finish this puzzle of my favorite painting in the entire world for a while now (I don't have anything better to do with my time, okay?) And when I finally finished it, it turns out I am missing a piece. A pretty important piece. I can't ignore it. And I can't be satisfied with my accomplishment either. It was a hard puzzle too, one of those photomosaic ones with the image comprised of thousands of tinier images. And now everytime I look at it, all I can see is that space where my missing piece should be.

I also got this pretty fun app for my phone that will turn any photo into legos. Pretty entertaining.

And Tillie still looks the same, just as cute as ever.

Also, Andrew talks in his sleeps and tells me some pretty entertaining things. Most recently, he rolled over and said "He says 'beat it!' So they all beat it and then they run." Hilarious? I think so.

And on the job front: I have applied for 3 jobs recently that I think (hope) I am in serious consideration for, the most recent being with Heifer International. Keep your fingers crossed for me and if you know anyone at Heifer, tell them to put in a good word!
