A Happy Birthday:

Today is Andrew's birthday! We celebrated by eating: (veggie) burgers, fries, shakes, and the homemade (from scratch) cheesecake that Andrew requested as his cake this year. And I must say, my handiwork was pretty tasty. Here are just a few photos:

Andrew also got some pretty cool science books, a boxed set of the Lord of the Rings books, and the Neverending Story novel. Then we played video games and chilled out. Nice birthday.

And for those of you that missed it (and that's everyone else), we've got a nice little video of Andrew blowing out his candles coming your way. Hopefully tomorrow. For now, we're just going to hang out and enjoy the last two hours of A's birthday. If you haven't called and wished him a happy birthday, you've still got some time.

Andrew turned the BIG 26 today!

We had lunch @ Zsa Zsa's and then went across the street for cupcakes. They were delicious.
Then we came home and I finished making dinner and cleaned. Everyone showed up for dinner and had the chicken souvlaki gyros, greek salad, hummus and pita chips, and baklava. It turned out pretty good. Even my parents gave their seal of approval. And I also made Andrew his favorite carrot cake. He got a bunch of clothes, Band of Brothers box set, and a game for the DS. And a really funny card about being married to me, a clothes-a-holic.

I also finally got to give him the tickets I bought for the Guiness Storehouse tour in Dublin. He is going to LOVE it.

P.S. I've been playing the Sims 3 ALL day today. It is super fun. You should play it.
