Happy Weekend, everyone! We have an extra day off because of Veteran's Day! What are you planning to do with your long weekend? I'm taking today off as well so I have a four day weekend and I am so excited! We're going to the annual library sale today and I've got plans to make the most delicious chocolate cake that ever existed. And then there's that early morning run on Saturday and a Mexican Coke to celebrate.

Be sure to do something sweet for the veterans in your life. I am thinking of baking a little something extra for my dad to enjoy. He deserves it.
