Don't Cry Over Spilled Tea...and Blueberry Burgers!!

Tomorrow we will have finished the drywall. I'm pretty excited about it but at the same time sorta sad that it'll be done. Now this means we have to move on to things like painting and trimming.. ugh! Still I can't wait to see it when it is completed. (for the time being that is)

We tried a unique dinner tonight with Meghan's parents, Nicole, and Zeb. Blueberry Burgers. Her father just happened across this recipe and decided we should give it a try. I'm glad he did. Yum. There is more to it than just blueberries and beef but you get the idea.

I managed to turn making a pitcher of tea into a very hard thing. I busted one of the tea bags and the leaves spilled all into the pot while I was boiling it. Do you not just HATE that? Oh well, nothing a coffee filter and THIRTY minutes can't solve. (O.K. so not thirty minutes but a heck of a lot longer than usual)

This Day In History:

...On this day in 1942, the Battle of Midway--one of the most decisive U.S. victories against Japan during World War II--begins. During the four-day sea-and-air battle, the outnumbered U.S. Pacific Fleet succeeded in destroying four Japanese aircraft carriers while losing only one of its own, the Yorktown, to the previously invincible Japanese navy.

Blueberry burgers? Hmm sounds interesting.

Thanks for the history reminder, too, teach.
