Baking:

I love to cook. But even more than that, I love baking. I'm not sure what it is about it. Something about working with my hands to create something warm and delicious. It's a comfort thing too, I think. Whatever the reason, I love it. So I tried my hand at homemade bagels. And they were incredible.

I seriously ate them all. Well, Andrew helped. So, really I ate half. But still, 4 bagels in one weekend = too much bagel for any one person's consumption.
